Sympathy Arrangements will be designed as they are pictured. If a minimal substitution must be made it will be of the same or greater value. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to lack of inventory we will call you at the phone number provided to discuss options. Ribbon Scripts are custom printed and can be added to your order at check out. It is customary to list who the deceased is. Custom requests are not guaranteed and designers are not readily available to take phone calls during their work hours; please come into the shop to speak to a designer about your custom requests.
Same Day Delivery on Sympathy Flowers for the Service are not guaranteed; We strive to respect the traditional family grieving hour and will not deliver flowers to a funeral home or church in the immediate hours prior to a service. We encourage ‘Sympathy Flowers for the Service’ orders to be placed no later than 24hrs prior to the visitation hours, but will do our best to accommodate customers same day requests if possible.
Please provide the factual day and start time of the service visitation hours in the special instructions for your order, not the time in which you want your order delivered. Your order may be delivered the evening prior if visitation hours are held in the morning the following day, per request of the individual Funeral Home or Church. Sympathy Flowers for the Service are delivered to your selected Funeral Home and or Church and set up by the employed staff at that establishment. We encourage you to reach out to your Funeral or Church Director to ask questions about placement or proximity of your arrangement to the deceased. Funeral Homes are responsible for transporting floral arrangements to the cemetery. We do not deliver graveside.
